Guiding Light: The Director Embodies Spiritual Compassion and Community Devotion
Toshiba, a native of New Orleans, graduated from L.B. Landry High School in 1995. She earned her AA in Criminal Justice from Delgado Community College in 2011 and a BA in Criminal Justice from Loyola University of New Orleans in 2014. As a successful transportation business owner, realtor, Airbnb host, and devoted mother to one son, she is also the founder of the nonprofit Dream Builder’s Foundation and House Of Hope & Unity.
With 16 years of service at the Jefferson Parish Public School System, Toshiba's commitment to community shines through. A member of City Love church, she embraces a life guided by compassion and giving back. Inspired by Proverbs 22:9, she believes in the blessings of a bountiful heart, sharing with the less fortunate. Additionally, 1 John 3:17 underscores her dedication to aiding those in need, reflecting the love of God in her actions. Toshiba has chosen to dedicate the rest of her life to making a positive impact on others.
